1. 1. Digital Service Agreement — This invoice is for custom digital design services. By completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that work will begin immediately or within the mutually agreed timeframe.
2. 2. No Physical Delivery — This purchase is for digital services only. No physical products will be shipped.
3. 3. Delivery Method — Final files will be delivered digitally via one or more of the following: Google Drive, Dropbox, Email, or Discord.
4. 4. Revision Policy — The project includes only the number of revisions agreed upon before work begins. Any additional revisions, changes, or requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
5. 5. Refund Policy — Due to the custom nature of digital design services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or final files have been delivered.
6. 6. Chargebacks & Disputes — By completing payment, the client agrees to contact the designer directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Chargebacks filed after agreed work has been completed and delivered may be disputed with supporting project records and delivery evidence.
7. 7. Usage Rights — Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final delivered design for its intended purpose. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the designer retains the right to display the completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
8. 8. Project Assets — The client is responsible for providing all required logos, images, text, and other assets, and confirms they have the necessary rights or permissions to use them.
9. 9. Acceptance of Terms — Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
